Mercer/A&E Gauges Min/Max Setting Rings

Mercer/A&E Gauges Min/Max Setting Rings are used to set and calibrate Mercer/A&E Gauges 2 Jet Air Plugs. Each plug needs 2 setting rings (Min and Max).

Ring Sizing Options
Setting rings can be made to either:
The range of the gauge unit, so the full range of the unit is used
The bore limits, with the Min and Max rings made to the minimum and maximum of your bore tolerance

Timing Line
Each ring has a timing line. When you recalibrate, line the air plug jets up with it so they sit in the same position every time, for consistent and repeatable setting. The line also shows where the ring is measured during UKAS calibration or recalibration, so the certified size matches exactly where the plug jets sit. This makes calibration of the gauge more accurate.

UKAS Calibration
UKAS calibration is available for all setting rings and can be selected as an option when ordering.
