Ideal for versatile fields of application such as plastic workpieces with a high glass fibre content and metal components, measure completely, accurately and rapidly with computed tomography.
The TomoScope XS Plus benefits from low operating costs and as a result of an incredibly small footprint and low weight, the machine can easily be installed almost anywhere. In addition. operational uncertainty is minimized by the extremely precise air bearing rotary axis.
There are options to further improve the TomoScope XS Plus such as upgrading the X-ray Voltage to be used on more dense materials and longer penetration lengths.
