TUBO SOFTWARE

The SPACE TUBO system includes the Software TOMELLERI TUBO, specifically designed for pipes measurements.

What you can measure with a laser fork:

-​Straight tubes
-Bent tubes (measuring the straight lenghts)
-Bends (survey the bending radius)
-Consecutive bends
-Scaled tubes
-Secondary tubes welded
-RCV (variable radius bend)
-Possibility to change tube's diameter during measurements

Comparison and correction allowed:

​-Comparison and correction (classic mode) linked to the CNC
-Spring-back correction (20-120)
-Possibility to obtain the data of the measured tube related to a master tube already in memory, for an external reference or drawing (manual and automatic procedure)
-Creation of material archive for the spring-back compensation to apply to the bending program
